典故翻译中文化信息处理的新视角

The New Viewpoints in the Cultural Information Treatment in the Allusion Translation

文章从介绍典故定义及其翻译研究入手,就《红楼梦》等作品中典故的翻译研究,从语言学、语义学、符号学、美学与语用学方面进行述评,最后概述多层面研究的特色与存在的问题,并试图从语用关联视角对存在的问题提出新的解决途径。

This paper first introduces the definition of allusions and their translation researches, and then provides an overview of studies on translating allusions as well as their renditions in "A Dream of Red Mansion", the most influential work, etc. from linguistic, semantic, semiotic, aesthetic and pragmatic perspectives. The last part summarizes the characteristics and some unsettled questions of multi-facet study and solutions are proposed within the framework of Relevance Theory.
