农用地定级综合评价中权重系数确定方法探讨

农用地定级作为农用地分等和估价的中间环节,用以反映因农用地自然质量、现实或实际可能利用水平和效益的不同,造成的农用地生产力水平差异.根据农用地定级规程,其定级评价是在对土地评价单元进行加权求和的基础上,通过等间距法、数轴法或总分频率曲线法进行土地级别的划分,此过程中指标权重对评价结果具有重要影响.目前虽单个或组合赋权方法在农用地定级实践中已广泛应用,但就具体地域而言,采用何种赋权方法更为有效,以及不同赋权方法对定级结果的量化影响研究却较为鲜见.本文在对常用赋权方法分析总结的基础上,分别采用层次分析法、因子分析法、灰色关联分析法和熵值赋权法,以金坛市为例,就不同赋权方法的定级结果进行比较分析,结果表明不同赋权和定级分类方法对定级结果具有较大影响,为了减小由于不同赋权方法选用所造成的误差,在农用地定级综合评价实践中建议采用组合赋权方式.
