摘要
地下证券投资基金是当前的证券业讨论最多的 ,许多人建议以私募基金来予以规范。但是 ,私募基金根本无法使地下证券投资基金浮出水面。文章从对目前存在的地下证券投资基金的性质入手 ,分析其成因和存在问题 ,并提出法律对策 ,希望能对监管部门和投资者有一定的启发。
The underground stock investment fund is most discussed in current stock trades. Many people suggest that it be governed by the rules of the privately-raised fund, but the author thinks that the rules can't make it float above the water. Analyzing its characteristics, formation, and some existing problems, the paper puts forward legal countermeasures against it, hoping to enlighten the related administration and investors.
