校内资源与校外资源的整合与利用——有感于我院专业实训基地建设

The Integration and Utilization of On-campus and Off-campus Resources——The Inspiration from our Training Base's Construction of the Program

为对工艺学院的发展规划提供依据,为使校外资源与校内资源有机结合,作者根据几年来从事校内实训教学和带队顶岗实习的工作体会,就校内资源与校外资源的整合与利用提出了自己的一些见解:学校完成基本的实训条件建设是与校外实训高效结合的前提;建立仿真实验室,使学生在虚拟环境下学习大型设备的操作和生产工艺流程,是实现高效率投资办学模式的途径之一;随着学校的发展,科研必将提升校企合作的水平;完善校企合作办学模式,实现学校、企业、学生"三赢"。
