The Origin,Development and Thought on the Cultivating Mode of "Teaching & Training in Practical Situations,Coupling the College with the Community"

我院的"实境耦合"人才培养模式在承继前人探索职业教育发展规律的基础上产生,在实践中不断发展和丰富。"实境耦合"并非简单的校企合作、工学结合,它特别强调校内训教环境的"实境"。而行动导向教学法并不完全适应"实境耦合"人才培养模式。

Our Cultivating Mode of "Teaching & Training in Practical Situations,Coupling the College with the Community" is developed and enriched based on the predecessors exploring the development of higher vocational education.The cultivation mode focuses not only the cooperation with enterprises and working-learning integration,but also the teaching in the practical situation in on-campus training bases.Action-orientated method is not completely adapted to the Cultivating Mode.
