综放工作面端面顶煤破坏机理及冒顶治理 被引量:2

摘要 采用现场观测及计算机数值模拟计算方法,研究综放工作面端面顶煤冒顶机理,得出后端面顶煤冒顶的主要影响因素是端面距大小、片帮范围和支架的初撑力,控制端面煤壁片帮是控制顶煤冒顶的有效措施。现场应用表明,在综放面向端面煤体打木锚杆是控制煤壁片帮的有效手段,通过实施该措施,端面煤岩体平均冒落高度由3.5 m下降到0.8 m,取得了显著的经济技术效益。 With the site observation and the computer numerical simulation calculation method,the paper studied the top coal falling mechanism at the front of the fully mechanized longwall top coal caving mining face.The main affected factors of the top coal failing at the rear of the front face obtained were the distance of the front face,coal wall spalling area and the initial support force of the hydraulic powered support.The coal wall spalling control is the effective measure to control the top coal falling.The si...
