基于经济法视角谈我国中小企业的保护

理论界普遍认为中小企业是21世纪经济发展的主角。各国政府已经逐渐重视这一特殊群体,理论界也纷纷研究中小企业的保护与扶持。经济法是以社会为本位的法律,以社会整体利益为价值追求。鉴于保护中小企业的发展符合经济法的保护关爱社会弱势群体、追求真正意义上的公平、正义、自由的价值追求,所以从经济法的本质与价值追求这一视角来探讨中小企业法律保护的相关问题,更有利于我国中小企业的发展。
