摘要
在对江苏省淮安市114家企业调查的基础上,从微观角度研究了工商企业第三方物流的选择情况及其影响因素。调查表明,工商企业选用第三方物流的情况比较普遍,Logit模型的实证结果显示:企业第三方物流的选用受到了法人代表年龄、法人代表受教育程度、企业规模、业务分布、企业设立时间这几个因素的显著影响。
Based on investigations of business in Huaian Jiangsu,this paper is to study choosing of third party logistics of enterprises and effected factors from microcosmic angle.By the survey,we find that many enterprises choose third party logistics.By analysing the Logit model demonstration result,we find that the choosing are notable influenced by ages of legal representative,educational level of legal representative,scale of enterprises,business distributions,set up time of enterprises.
