摘要
在低速轮胎试验机垂直力加载系统研究过程中,采用伺服比例换向阀作为控制元件,以非对称液压缸为输出元件,以压力传感器作为反馈元件,实现对输出力进行精确的控制。文中介绍了该系统的工作原理,并推导出该系统的动态响应数学表达式。以MATLAB中动态仿真工具SIMULINK软件包为开发工具,将其应用于该闭环控制系统的动态响应计算中,给出了考虑干扰量情况下的SIMULINK仿真方法。
The purpose of this paper is to study the perpendicular pressure system of low-speed tire testing machine. The research methods of the closed loop control system is what uses the servo proportional directional valve as control-unit,the asymmetrical hydraulic cylinder as output unit and the pressure transducer as feeding back unit,realizes to control accurately the out pressure.
