This paper discusses three issues through textural research of related historical data: the headstream of the version of "Comment on History of the Origin of Han Yeping Steel Company" and its impact;Ye Jingkui s life and the relationship between Han Yeping Steel Company and Ye Jingkui;examples to prove the false records and narration of "Comment on History of the Origin of Han Yeping Steel Company".
