摘要
目的了解慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者疾病不确定感和家庭关怀度的情况,并分析两者的关系,为完善COPD患者的康复治疗提供依据。方法采用Mishel疾病不确定感量表和家庭关怀度指数分别评定42例COPD患者的情况。结果疾病不确定感为(88.48±14.38)分,处于中等水平;家庭关怀度为(4.98±1.82)分,家庭功能处于中度障碍;COPD患者的疾病不确定感与家庭关怀度呈负相关(r=-0.597,P<0.01)。结论疾病不确定感与家庭关怀度相关,应提高COPD患者家庭成员有关COPD的知识,降低患者的疾病不确定感。
