摘要
目的:建立调经姊妹丸的质量控制方法。方法:采用TLC法鉴别处方中青皮、丹参、大黄、莪术、肉桂;用RP-HPLC法测定该药中橙皮苷的含量。结果:在薄层色谱中能检出青皮、丹参、大黄、莪术、肉桂;橙皮苷在(10.12~253)μg.mL-1的范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 7,平均回收率为98.3%,RSD为2.7%。结论:该方法简便、准确可靠,可有效控制调经姊妹丸的质量。
