摘要
目的:分析鉴定木香挥发油中化学成分,并探讨其抑制ADP诱导的血小板聚集作用的效应物质。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取木香中挥发油,采用毛细管气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对挥发油中化学成分进行分析鉴定,并对挥发油及去氢木香内酯、木香烃内酯的体外抑制ADP诱导的家兔血小板聚集效应进行了评价。结果:GC-MS法分析鉴定了木香挥发油中59个成分,其主要成分为去氢木香内酯、木香烃内酯、雪松烯醇、α-榄香烯、环辛二烯、桉叶(油)醇、α-芹子烯、丁子香烯、长松叶烯、7-甲基-3,4辛二烯等,占挥发油总量的72.91%;首次发现木香挥发油及去氢木香内酯、木香烃内酯具有抑制ADP诱导的血小板聚集活性。结论:GC-MS法分析鉴定了木香挥发油中59个组分;活性评价结果表明木香挥发油及去氢木香内酯、木香烃内酯成分具有显著的抑制ADP诱导的血小板聚集作用,其效应物质源于挥发油中萜内酯类及萜烯类成分。
Objective:To analyze the chemical composition of the essential oil of Radix Aucklandiae and investigate it s influence on platelet aggregation induced by ADP.Methods:The essential oil was extracted from Radix Aucklandiae by steam distillation,and then an analysis was conducted by applying GC-MS(capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometer),and investigated for the inhibitory effects on rabbit platelet aggregation in vitro.Results:The experiments showed that 59 components were identified,accounting for 72....
