摘要
目的:建立女贞子中甘露醇的含量测定方法。方法:采用比色法测定。结果:用本法测定甘露醇在(12.5~75.0)μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r为0.9994;其平均回收率为97.06%,RSD为0.662%。结论:采用该法对女贞子中甘露醇含量进行测定精密度和重复性良好,更具有普遍性及简便性。
Objective:To determine contents of mannitol in Fructus Ligustri Lucidi.Methods: Colorimetry was adopted.Results:The linearity was obtained over the range of 12.5～75.0 μg,the correlation coefficient was(0.999 4);the average recovery was 97.06%,RSD was 0.662%.Conclusion:The precision and repeatability of this method was good.The method which was used to determine contents of mannitol in Fructus Ligustri Lucidi was more universal and simple.
