跌打扭伤灵酊的药效学研究

The Pharmacological Effects of Dieda Niushang Ling Tincture

目的:观察跌打扭伤灵酊的主要药效学作用。方法:采用佐剂致大鼠关节炎、蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀及棉球致大鼠肉芽组织增生、重物撞击致小鼠足跖部外伤性瘀血、热板致小鼠疼痛等模型,观察跌打扭伤灵酊的药效学作用。结果:跌打扭伤灵酊局部用药能明显抑制佐剂致大鼠关节炎、对蛋清致大鼠足趾肿胀,有明显抑制作用,对棉球致肉芽组织增生有明显抑制作用,并有显著的镇痛作用。结论:跌打扭伤灵酊具有抗炎、活血散瘀、镇痛作用。

Objective:To observe the pharmacological effects of Dieda Niushang Ling Tincture.Methods:Using the model of the adjuvant induced arthritis in rats,the egg white induced paw edema in rats,the cotton cause granulation tissue hyperplasia in rats,the weights collision induced foot traumatic bleeding in mice,hot plate induced pain in mice,to observe the pharmacological role of Dieda Niushang Ling Tincture.Result: The partial use of Diedaniushangling tincture could significantly inhibit the adjuvant induced arthr...
