摘要
水资源已成为人口、经济与环境协调发展的一个限制指标,本文通过对比分析,介绍了水资源承载力度量指标与动力学计算方法,并结合济南市实际状况,对济南市未来20年的水资源承载力进行了预测,旨在找出提高济南市水资源承载力的对策,使得济南市水资源开发与利用真正做到可持续发展。
