摘要 目的:探讨EGFR、MMP-7蛋白表达与大肠癌淋巴结和肝转移的关系。方法:应用免疫组化技术检测60例大肠癌(其中淋巴结转移33例,肝转移30例)组织中EGFR、MMP-7蛋白的表达,分析其表达水平的差异性。结果:EGFR、MMP-7的表达与TNM分期、淋巴结转移和肝转移差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。EGFR与MMP-7的高表达成正相关。结论:EGFR和MMP-7的过度表达在大肠癌的发病过程中具有协同效应。EGFR和MMP-7的联合检测对评估大肠癌淋巴结转移及肝转移有重要意义。 OBJECTIVE:To study the correlation of the expressions of EGFR and MMP-7 with lymph node and liver metastasis of colorectal carcinoma.METHODS:The immunohistochemical technique was used to assay the protein expressions of EGFR and MMP-7 in 60 patients with colorectal carcinoma(33 patients with lymph node metastasis,30 patients with liver metastasis).RESULTS:The expressions of EGFR and MMP-7 were significantly correlated with TNM stage,lymph node metastasis and liver metastasis of colorectal carcinoma(P<0.0...
