丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液辅助治疗新生儿窒息的临床对照研究

Clinical Control Study on Adjunctive Therapy of Apnoea Neonatorum by SalviolⅡA Sulfoacid Natrium Infection

目的探讨丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液对新生儿窒息的治疗价值。方法将患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组,检查各组,检测各组新生儿出生时及出生后24、72h、D-二聚体及胆红素值。结果窒息新生儿D-二聚体及胆红素水平有一定的相关性;丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液能有效降低D-二聚体和出生后胆红素水平。结论新生儿窒息凝血功能混乱可能与新生儿黄疸有关,而丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液具有一定的预防和治疗价值。

Objective To approach on the value of apnoea neonatorum treatment by salviolⅡA sulfoacid natrium infection.Methods Neonats were divided randomly into treat group and control group.To detect neonats’D-dimer and bilirubinic acid when they are born and in 24h,72h later.Results It is dependability in D-dimer and bilirubinic acid level of apnoea neonats.SalviolⅡA sulfoacid natrium infection efficiently reduced D-dimer and bilirubinic acid level.Conclusions Apnoea neonatorum blood clotting in a mess may be relate...
