子宫内膜异位症手术治疗后复发65例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 65 Cases Endometriosis Recurrence after Surgical Treatment

目的分析子宫内膜异位症术后的复发,指导个体化治疗。方法根据我院收治的65例患者按其病理类型和期别分组,分析复发发生与病理和期别的关系。结果卵巢型与阴道直肠型及盆腔外型比较,差异有统计学意义;腹膜型与卵巢型患者的复发率比较,差异无统计学意义。卵巢型与腹膜型比较、阴道直肠型与盆腔外型患者的复发率比较,差异均无统计学意义。I～Ⅱ期与Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期患者复发率比较有统计学意义。结论宫内膜异位症术后的复发率与病理和期别密切相关。
