不使用胃肠造影剂的腹部CT平扫在无典型临床表现的急性阑尾炎诊断中的价值

Nonenhaced Abdominal CT without Enteric Opacification for Acute Appendicitis without Typical Symptoms and Signs

目的探讨不使用胃肠道造影剂的腹部CT平扫在无典型临床表现的急性阑尾炎诊断中的价值。方法对53例不明原因急腹症患者行腹部CT平扫,未使用胃肠道造影剂。结果53例患者中,27例CT诊断为阑尾炎,5例疑诊阑尾炎。均经手术、病理证实。诊断符合率为100%。结论对于无典型临床表现的急性阑尾炎患者,未使用胃肠道造影剂的腹部CT平扫可准确地诊断或排除阑尾炎。
