左氧氟沙星注射液与不同常用药物配伍的稳定性研究

Study on the Compatible Stability of Levofloxacin Hydrochloeide Injection mixed with different Drugs

目的探讨左氧氟沙星注射液与不同常用药物配伍的稳定性,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定左氧氟沙星注射液分别与不同药物配伍后室温条件下8h内的含量,同时观察外观及pH值变化。结果左氧氟沙星注射液与大输液、大部分抗菌药、维生素C注射液、地塞米松磷酸钠、三磷酸腺苷二钠、辅酶A和中药注射液等可配伍,而与少数抗生素及止血药物不宜配伍使用。结论除少数注射用药物不宜配伍外,左氧氟沙星与大多数常用注射用药物按临床常用量或实验用量,在一定时间内配伍是稳定的。
