过敏性鼻炎的中医病因病机探讨

过敏性鼻炎(Allergic Rhinitis,AR)或称变应性鼻炎,是一种由易感个体接触致敏变应原后导致的包含IgE介导的炎症介质(主要是组胺)的释放和多种免疫活性细胞、细胞因子参与的鼻粘膜慢性炎症性疾病,临床上以鼻塞、鼻痒、流清水样鼻涕、打喷嚏为主要特征,其发病与机体特异性机制的紊乱有关。一般认为属于中医"鼻鼽"的范畴,又名鼻嚏。本文对中医学关于AR的病名、病因、病机的认识进行了全面综述。
