摘要
目的探讨血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)水平对糖尿病肾功能损害诊断的临床价值。方法根据糖尿病肾病组患者的Ccr值分为3组,并将这3组患者的Scr及Cys C检测结果与健康对照组比较。结果A组Cys C和Scr的值与正常对照组比较无任何差异(P>0.05);B组Cys C和Scr的值与正常对照组比较只有Cys C有显著差异(P<0.05);C组Cys C和Scr的值与正常对照组比较均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论对肾功能损害的诊断价值,血清Cys-C可作为糖尿病早期肾功能损害的辅助诊断指标之一。
