除痹散与针灸联合治疗眼外肌麻痹

Combined Treatment of Ophthalmoplegia with Removing Pyralysis Powder and Acupuncture and Moxibustion

目的观察总结除痹散与针灸联合治疗眼外肌麻痹的效果。方法选用我院门诊67例眼外肌麻痹的患者,随机分成观察组36例和对照组31例。观察组给予口服除痹散+针灸联合治疗,对照组口服维生素B1、B12+针灸治疗。结果观察组的治愈率为100%,平均治疗天数为17d。对照组的治愈率为93.4%,平均治疗天数为39d。两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论除痹散与针灸联合治疗眼外肌麻痹,疗效确切,治疗期短,治愈率高,不良反应甚微,是目前治疗眼外肌麻痹最有效的方法之一。
