Clinical Analysis of 31 Amputated Fingers Replantation

目的探讨AF钉在胸腰段脊柱骨折脱位中的治疗效果。方法分别对35例胸腰段脊柱骨折脱位的患者进行后路椎板减压、横突间植骨及AF钉复位内固定。结果对手术35例患者随访3月￣2年,发现骨折椎体恢复原有高度,Cobbs角恢复正常,神经功能情况均有不同程度的恢复。结论AF钉能达到良好的复位与减压目的,是治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折脱位的一种理想方法。

Objective To discuss the experience of replantation of amputated finger.Methods To repair the vessels、nerve and tendons replanting amputated fingers in 31 cases with 32 severed amputated fingers.Results Survival rate is 87.5% in 31cases.Conclusion Refined microsurgical technique,appropriate treatment are the important factors to increase the survival rate of replanted fingers and restore their functions.
