64排螺旋CT冠脉成像与选择性冠脉造影术的对比研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的初步评价64排螺旋CT诊断冠状动脉狭窄的准确性与可行性。方法入选上海胸科医院2007年7月至2008年6月间60例临床拟诊冠心病的患者行64排螺旋CT冠脉成像,同时接受选择性冠脉造影检查,对二者进行初步的对比研究。结果以冠脉造影检查为金标准,64排螺旋CT诊断冠状动脉狭窄≥50%的敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值与阴性预测值分别为89%、81%、67%与95%。结论64排螺旋CT诊断冠状动脉狭窄的准确性高,可作为无创性诊断冠心病的方法之一。 Objective To access the accuracy and possibility of 64-slice Spiral CT in estimating the coronary artery stenosis. Methods From July 2007 to June 2008, a trial of 60 patients who were diagnosed coronary artery disease discharged from shanghai chest hospital were taken 64-slice Spiral CT and coronary angiography, then a contrast study was taken between two of them.
