摘要
目的探讨一种直观显现穴位的方法。方法对大鼠穴位注射钙离子的络合剂后电针刺激,钼靶影像摄片,观察穴位。结果穴位局部有钙离子聚集的高密度影。结论通过电针刺激局部注射钙离子的络合剂的方式可以在影像摄片中有效显现穴位。
Objective To explore a method to visualize the acupucture point in rat.Methods To inject a kind of complexing agent of Ca2+ in the acupuncture point followed by electro-acupuncture,so that the acupucture point can be visualized through screenage of molybdenum target.Results A kind of high density shadow appears around the acupucture point.Conclusion The acupuncture point was visualization by the image photograph
