急性闭合性颅脑损伤患者肠道菌群变化 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察急性闭合性颅脑损伤患者肠道细菌数量的变化。方法选取交通事故导致的12例急性闭合性颅脑损伤的男性患者的粪便进行细菌培养,观察细菌数量的变化。测定血浆去甲肾上腺素浓度。结果颅脑损伤组与对照组相比乳酸杆菌数量明显减少,大肠杆菌数量显著增多(P值均<0.01)。颅脑损伤后血浆去甲肾上腺素水平较对照组明显升高(P<0.01)。结论急性闭合性颅脑损伤可引起肠道菌群失调。 Objective To observe the intestinal bacterial change in patients with acute closed cranicocerebral injuryM.ethods The feces of patients with acute closed cranicocerebral injury was harvested under sterile condition and processed for quantitation of aerobes (Escherichia coli)and anaerobes(Lactobacilli).Norepinephrine levels in plasma were measuredR.esults There was an increase in the number of the aerobes(E.coli),and there was decrease in the anaerobes(Lactobacilli)of patients with acute closed cranicocerebr...
