瑞芬太尼预防硬膜外麻醉下TVLC术气腹不适临床观察

目的观察瑞芬太尼预防硬膜外麻醉下TVLC术气腹不适反应。方法随机选择30例ASAI～Ⅱ级需要择期行TVLC术的患者。麻醉方法:硬膜外阻滞麻醉,观察患者围手术期的生命体征和术后恢复期情况,手术时间;同时选择同期的TVLC患者30例对照。结果实验组所有病例完全苏醒时间(7.64±3.32)min,且术中遗忘好。结论咪唑安定和瑞芬太尼组合用于预防硬膜外麻醉下气腹不适反应效果良好。
