新法治疗鸡眼135例研讨

目的研讨鸡眼(clavus)与传统医学不同的有效治疗法。方法采用川卫药准字(81)-225号成都制药五厂的峨嵋山牌麝香壮骨膏或国药准字Z51021031九寨沟牌麝香壮骨膏剪成大于鸡眼之小块,先将鸡眼患部置湿热水中浸泡15～30mm,继用手术刀片或其它利刀削去鸡眼表面粗糙角质层。以上出血或刚出血为度,再用备好的麝香壮骨膏小块贴于患处。贴换药时间24h1次,而每次贴换药都需按第一次方法和程序重复完善,一般3～4周即可痊愈。结果对135例鸡眼患者施用此法治疗均获痊愈,并在3月～0.5年随访无复发。结论采用新法对鸡眼的治疗效果是确切的。
