笑气联合利多卡因在无痛人流中的应用

目的探讨笑气联合利多卡因在无痛人流中的镇痛效果。方法将72例早孕者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用笑气吸人配合2%利多卡因宫颈旁阻滞麻醉,对照组单用2%利多卡因宫颈旁阻滞麻醉,比较两组的镇痛效果。结果本文研究结果表明笑气配合利多卡因在人工流产中的镇痛效果明显较单用利多卡因效果好。结论笑气配合利多卡因在人工流产中的镇痛作用是安全可靠的,效果好于单用利多卡因。
