摘要
目的通过对监狱系统开展结核病控制项目工作,探讨监狱系统发现肺结核病人新方法。方法疾控机构改变坐等病人上门的形式,加强与监狱系统合作,主动到监狱系统开展工作、发现病人,大大提高了肺结核病人的发现率。结果2005至2006年,五华区在辖区监管场所实施DOTS,发现并治疗管理了87例肺结核病人,占我区涂阳病人来源的33.61%。结论在对监狱系统实施结核病控制项目工作中,改变《中国结核病防治规划实施工作指南》中通常使用的病人发现方式,加强与监狱系统合作,是发现监管场所肺结核病人的有效方式。
