摘要
目的探讨儿童肺炎支原体(MP)肺炎的临床特点诊断及治疗对策。方法对该院儿科确诊为MP肺的患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有病例中6～l3岁患儿占45.1%,多集中发病在冬春季(占58%)。弛张热伴咳嗽的患儿占91.5%,用颗粒凝集法检测血清MPIgM阳性率为89.8%。所有病例用红霉素、阿奇霉素治疗,痊愈率达93.2%。结论颗粒凝集法检测血清MPIgM阳性率高,红霉素、阿奇霉素治疗效果好。
