摘要
目的分析川崎病误诊的原因及预防措施。方法回顾性总结15例误诊病例的特点、误诊过程等情况。结果川崎病误诊因素:对川崎病知识了解不足;询问病史及查体不够细致。结论提高对川崎病的认识,采取相应预防措施可减少该病误诊率的发生。
