胸椎肋横突入路途径纵向上的形态研究

摘要 目的评价国人CT影像4、7胸椎椎弓根-肋骨间安全区域。方法通过三维重建,测量20具国人4、7胸椎标本的椎弓根-肋骨间横径、纵径、及矢状面夹角和相应的椎弓根进行比较。结果"椎弓根-肋骨间"横径明显大于椎弓根;肋横突入路矢状面夹角较椎弓根的更有较大的可选择性。结论进行胸椎椎弓根螺钉固定失败时,可以使用肋横突入路途径进行补救;肋横突入路矢状夹角会加大。 Objective To evaluate the anatomic safe zones of the pedicle rib unit inT4 andT7 in the Chinese population using ,China computed tomography(CT) techniques.Methods Take three-dimensional CT reconstructions were created from 20 adult thoracicvertebral segments, measured and analysed the parameter of EH(Extrapedicular approach Height);EW(Extrapedicular approach Width;PH(Pedicle Height); PW(Pedicle Width);ESSA(Extrapedicular approach Sagital section angle);SPA(Sagital Pedicular angle).Results EW is larger than ...
