Effect of Nasal Septum Operation Combined with Nasosinus on Prognosis of Nasal Septum Surgery

目的:探讨鼻窦炎鼻中隔联合手术对鼻中隔术后恢复的影响。方法:45例鼻中隔偏曲并有鼻窦炎的患者,在鼻内镜下行鼻窦炎鼻中隔联合术,观察术后鼻中隔的临床指标,与单纯鼻中隔术后对比。结果:鼻窦炎鼻中隔联合术组术后早期反应重,3个月后对手术满意高于单纯鼻中隔手术,鼻中隔未出现感染。结论:鼻窦炎鼻中隔联合术对鼻中隔术预后没有不良影响。
