Different Operation Treatments on CSDH

目的:探讨慢性硬膜下血肿的最佳手术治疗方法。方法:通过本院178例慢性硬膜下血肿,随机分组采取不同手术方式治疗,比较几种不同手术方式的优缺点及预后。结果:几种手术方式,预后无明显差异,但在手术损伤、并发症等方面有明显不同。结论:钻孔双腔管持续冲洗引流是治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的较好手术方式。

Objective To discuss the different operation treatments on CSDH.Methods Compare the advantage and disadvantage of the different ways of operation and the prognosis,which got from 178 cases of CSDH in my hospital.Results The different ways of operation hasn t got obvious difference but different on operation trauma and complication.Conclusion The best treatment on CSDH is to drill the double cava and continuously swash and drainage.
