注射用阿魏酸钠对2型糖尿病血管内皮细胞损伤保护作用的临床研究

Clinical Study on Protective Effects of Sodium Ferulate for Injection on Traumatic Vascular Endothelial Cells in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探讨常规降糖治疗联用阿魏酸钠防治2型糖尿病血管内皮损伤的保护作用。方法:112例患者随机分成两组,常规治疗组行常规降糖治疗(n=56),阿魏酸钠组为常规降糖治疗加阿魏酸钠治疗(n=56);疗程4周,并监测空腹血糖、糖基化血红蛋白、血清过氧化脂质、内皮素、循环血内皮细胞。结果:常规治疗联合阿魏酸钠组血清过氧化脂质、内皮素、循环血内皮细胞在治疗后明显下降,与常规组比较差异有极显著性(P<0.01);常规治疗联合阿魏酸钠组治疗前后比较,差异也有极显著性(P<0.01)。结论:常规降糖治疗联用阿魏酸钠可明显保护2型糖尿病患者的血管内皮损伤,防止其进展。
