健康教育在社区2型糖尿病患者中的应用结果分析

Result Analysis of Application of Community Health Education in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的:研究分析健康教育对社区2型糖尿病患者的依从程度与治疗效果的影响。方法:对2004年1月份以后来临沂市慢性病管理中心确诊的468例2型糖尿病患者实施强化教育和个性化教育,用自行设计的依从性调查表进行评分,以评价教育前后的依从性和治疗效果。结果:开展健康教育6个月以后,社区2型糖尿病患者对糖尿病的基本知识的知晓度以及自我管理状况和治疗效果显著优于教育以前(均P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:开展社区教育能够有效地提升社区糖尿病患者对糖尿病的认知能力,使血糖得到明显控制,减少或延缓并发症的发生。
