智能建筑是实现建筑物内的数据信息交换过程,实际上是一个以检(监)测、控制、无障碍双向数据信息交互(包括管理、控制、应用等各类信息)为循环周期的动平衡过程。这是建筑体现"智能"的关键所在。然而,事实上,我们并未为建筑实现这个动平衡过程提供一个犹如人身体的血液循环系统或是神经网络系统。这一点,在以往的工程应用中人们的认识并不十分清晰,所设计的通信网络系统,仅服务于管理信息领域,所采用的结构化综合布线技术,实际上也仅仅是为计算机问的信息交互提供服务,并未对智能建筑内的所有信息交互提供服务。由此,我们需要在已有硬件设施基础上,通过对数据信息的处理完善,使之从系统的底层起,为该动平衡过程的所有信息交互提供服务。
