介绍一种电容式煤粉浓度计,给出了具体的传感器电极结构和测量转换电路,并在模拟气力输送管道上用稀相流对所研制的电容式煤粉浓度计进行了在线标定。结果表明,在(11.0~20.0)×10^(-3)kg/kg空气的固气质量比(浓度)变化范围内,其非线性误差加重复性误差小于5%。
A capacitance transmitter for measuring the concentration of pulverized coal flow used in power stations is described.A source-grid sensing capacitance sensor and an AC-based interface circuit is used to ensure measurement accuracy under very low solids: air ratios.The calibration of the transmitter is carried out on the simulating pneumatically conveyed system.Results demonstrate that the nonlinearity and delay of the transmitter are not more than 5%.
