摘要
目的探讨消化内镜清洗消毒的较好方法。方法设全自动内镜清洗消毒机清洗消毒组和三槽式消毒清洗法清洗消毒组,对两种方法进行细菌学检测比较消毒效果。结果两种方法消毒合格率均为100%。结论全自动内镜清洗消毒机消毒效果可靠,且能有效节省人力资源,值得在临床中广泛推广使用。
[Objective] To discuss a better method of cleaning and disinfecting digestive endoscope. [Methods] Digestive endoscopes were respectively cleaned and disinfected by automatic washer-disinfector and three steps way. Bacteriological surveillance was conducted and the cleaning and disinfectant effects of the two methods were compared. [Results] The general qualification rate of the two group were 100%.
