腹腔镜胆道手术在有上腹部手术史患者中的应用探讨(附56例分析)

Application of laparoscopic operation on biliary tract in 56 cases with operation history on upper abdominal region

目的探讨56例有上腹部手术史患者的腹腔镜胆道手术应用情况。方法常规四孔穿刺法,内镜下操作分离粘连、进行探查,切除胆囊或者及进行胆道手术操作。结果56例病例中有6例中转开腹,其余均在腔镜下进行手术。均康复出院。结论对有腔镜外科手术经验的外科医生,有上腹部手术史的腔镜胆道手术不再是禁忌证。

[Objective] To retrospectively analyze the application of laparoscopic operation on biliary tract in 56 cases with operation history on upper abdominal region. [Method] With four-hole puncturation, we separated adhesions, explored and operated with endoscope. [Results] 6 patients underwent open surgery after exploration, and the rest were operated with endoscope. All the patients were cured.
