Treatment of Dieulafay′ disease by mental clips under endoscope

目的探讨经内镜金属夹止血治疗Dieulafay病的疗效。方法应用电子胃镜、Olympus钛夹(MD850型)止血治疗Dieulafay病30例,以1∶10000肾上腺素盐水局部注射治疗Dieulafay病30例作为对照,对比观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组的即时止血有效率无明显区别,但治疗组的再出血率和转手术率均显著低于对照组。结论经内镜金属钛夹止血是治疗Dieulafay病的有效方法。

[Objective] To investigate the haemostatic effect of metal clips on Dieulafay′ disease under endoscope. [Method] Under the electronic gastroscope, the Olympus metal clamps (MD 850) were used to stop bleeding in 30 cases of Dieulafay′s disease, 1∶10000 adrenaline saline was locally injected in 30 Dieulafay cases as controls.
