非前列腺增生症患者下尿路症状的内镜下诊疗

Treatment and diagnosis of lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) in patients with non-benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)

目的为既往长期处在门诊求医、疗效不佳、甚至加重的非前列腺增生症(BPH)患者下尿路症状(LUTS)诊断和治疗做进一步探讨。方法共计61例患有尿频、尿道不适、尿不尽、甚至尿痛等LUTS患者收入病房,采用腔内泌尿外科技术行膀胱和尿道内镜检查,病理活检或根据具体病情同时行电切术治疗等。结果纠正了该组患者中的50例(83%)既往所做出的错误诊断,并对其中的32例(52%)在镜检的同时根据病情行内镜下电切术治疗去除病灶。结论对临床上久治不愈,反复发作的LUTS患者早期应用腔内泌尿外科技术,可以较快获得准确的诊断并做出有价值的治疗。

[Objective] To explore treatment and diagnosis of lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) resulting from non-benign prostatic hyperplasia with poor effect on long term treatment in outpatient department.
