椎间盘镜与传统开放性层路椎间融合术治疗退变性腰椎不稳的比较性研究

Comparative analysis of posterior lumbar interbody fusion by MED surgical system and open operation in patients with spondylolithesis resulted from lumbar disc decay

目的比较椎间盘镜与传统开放性腰椎椎板间融合手术对退变性腰椎不稳的治疗效果。方法随机取该院2004年9月～2006年5月单节段腰椎不稳患者30例,随机分为两组:开放组与MED(micro-endo-scopic discectomy,MED)组,观察围手术期手术切口长度、手术出血量、手术时间,并于椎间融合后4～6个月进行疗效评定。结果MED组与开放组比较,患者切口小、术中出血量少、住院天数少、手术时间短(P<0.01,P<0.05)。术后MED组疗效优的病例显著高于开放组(P<0.05)。结论椎间盘镜选择性应用于椎间融合治疗退变性腰椎不稳较开放性手术具有创伤小、出血少、并发症少、康复快和疗效好等特点。

[Objective] To compare the posterior lumbar interbody fusion operation by micro-endoscopic discectomy (MED) surgical system and by opening operation in patients with spondylolithesis resulted from lumbar disc decay.
