B超引导下微创经皮肾穿刺气压弹道结合钬激光治疗复杂性肾结石

Treatment of complicated renal stone by B-ultrasound-guided mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy with pneumatic lithotripsy and holmium laser

目的探讨B超引导下经皮肾穿刺气压弹道结合钬激光治疗复杂性肾结石的有效性及安全性。方法采用B超引导下微创经皮肾镜取石术(MPCNL)气压弹道结合钬激光碎石治疗复杂性肾结石68例。结果68例中一期取净结石48例,二期取净结石20例,结石总取净率88.2%。平均手术时间135min(100～250min),平均失血120mL(60～300mL),1例术后需输血。结论B超引导下MPCNL气压弹道结合钬激光碎石治疗复杂性肾结石是一种安全有效的方法。

[Objective] To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of B-ultrasound-guided mini-PCNL with pneumatic lithotripsy and holmium laser. [Methods] A total of 68 patients with complicated renal stone treated with MPCNL under the guide of B-ultrasound.
