摘要
为满足卫星轻量化的要求,选用轻质合金替代卫星铝蜂窝夹层结构板中的铝合金埋件。对比铝-铝、碳/环氧-镁和铝-镁的剪切试验和拉脱试验的试验结果,结合卫星铝蜂窝夹层结构板的结构特点,分析镁合金埋件替代铝合金埋件的可行性。
Light-weigt alloys is considerd to substitute aluminium alloys parts at aluminium honeycomb sandwich structure panel for lighting satellita weight.The result of shear strength test and extension force test of aluminium-magnesium and Carbon/epoxy-magnesium were compared with aluminium-aluminium by experiment.Thinking of typically structure feature for honeycomb sandwich structure panel,the feasibility of magnesium alloys parts substitute for aluminium alloys parts was analyzed chiefly.
