摘要
利用电子束物理气相沉积技术(EB-PVD)制备了NiCrAl/Ni3Al微叠层复合材料。建立了具有中心穿透裂纹有限宽NiCrAl叠层的I型裂纹扩展模型,推导出它的断裂韧度表达式,并利用带预制裂纹的Ni-CrAl/Ni3Al叠层试样的四点弯曲断裂数据,估算出NiCrAl的断裂韧度,叠层后增强Ni3Al单体的断裂抗力。实验结果表明,制备态NiCrAl/Ni3Al微叠层复合材料试样的拉伸断口呈现出裂纹扩展和裂纹瞬断两个区域;随着温度的升高,塑性增加。
NiCrAl/Ni3Al microlaminated composites were fabricated by electron beam physical vapor deposition(EB-PVD).Crack expanding model of NiCrAl layer with penetrating center crack was established and fracture formula was given.Utilizing the test data of four points bending specimens of microlaminates with pre-crack,fracture toughness of NiCrAl layer was estimated.Upon laminating,the resistance to fracture of monomer Ni3Al is increased.The results show that there are two fields where the crack propagation and rupt...
