摘要
目的观察急性心肌损伤后大鼠臂旁核外侧亚核神经元和星形胶质细胞的反应。方法30只大鼠心肌内注射福尔马林造成急性心肌损伤,另30只大鼠注射生理盐水作为对照,分别在1h、2h、4h、8h、24h和72h不同时间各取5只大鼠延髓组织,免疫荧光染色观察臂旁核外侧亚核中c-fos阳性和神经胶原纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)阳性细胞的反应情况。结果急性心肌损伤后1h,大鼠臂旁核外侧亚核c-fos阳性神经元表达显著升高,2h达峰值,然后开始下降,但各时点仍高于对照组(P<0.05)。急性心肌损伤后4hGFAP阳性星形胶质细胞荧光强度明显增强,24h达高峰然后下降,但仍高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性心肌损伤后,大鼠臂旁核外侧亚核中神经元和星形胶质细胞先后被激活,参与心肌损伤后疼痛的中枢调控。
Objective To investigate the response of neurons and astrocytes in lateral parabrachial nucleus(LPBN)after acute cardiac injury of rats.Methods Thirty rats were established acute cardiac injury(ACI)model through intramyocardial injection with formalin.Age matched,sham-operated rats(n=30)were used as sham-controls.The expression of c-fos and the positive response of GFAP in LPBN were evaluated with immunofluorescence.The rats following ACI were randomly divided and sacrificed at 1 h,2 h,4 h,8 h,24 h and 72 h...
